In accordance with your engagement, we have compiled the annual accounts, consisting of the balance sheet and the income statement for the financial year ended on that date, as well as the accompanying notes.

Responsibility of the governing body for the preparation of the annual accounts

​

The governing body is responsible for preparing annual accounts that give a true and fair view in accordance with the accounting framework applicable in Belgium, as well as for implementing the internal controls that the governing body deems necessary to prepare annual accounts that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.

Responsibility of the accountant

​

It is the accountant’s responsibility to carry out the engagement assigned to us in accordance with Standard 4410 relating to Compilation Engagements. In accordance with this standard, our work mainly consisted of collecting, processing, classifying and summarising financial data in accordance with the accounting framework applicable in Belgium. We have evaluated the acceptability of the valuation rules applied in the preparation of the annual accounts based on the information provided by the company.

However, we have not performed any audit procedures on these annual accounts. We are not required to verify the accuracy or completeness of the information provided to us by the governing body.

The nature of our work is therefore such that we cannot provide any assurance regarding the true and fair view of the annual accounts.

Confirmation

​

Based on the information provided to us by the company’s governing body, we have compiled the company’s annual accounts in accordance with the accounting framework applicable in Belgium.
